Viewing Your Invoices

You can view your full billing history and download invoices at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

All invoices are generated and stored securely by Stripe and are available whenever you need them.

Accessing Invoice History

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open the Billing tab
  3. Click Manage Billing

Understanding Your Invoices

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period covered
  • Total amount charged
  • Payment status (paid, pending, or failed)
  • Subscription or plan details

If an invoice shows a failed status, action may be required to update your payment method.

Downloading Invoices

  1. Scroll down and locate the invoice in your invoice history
  2. Click the month for the invoice you’d like to download
  3. In the new window that opens, click Download Invoice
  4. You may also choose Download Receipt

Downloaded invoices include your organization’s billing details, line items, payment method (last four digits only), and any applicable tax information.

Invoice Details

Common invoice details include:

  • Billing period: Monthly or annual, depending on your plan
  • Charges: Subscription fees, prorated adjustments, and taxes if applicable
  • Payment information: Date processed and transaction reference

Invoices can be downloaded at any time. There is no limit on access.
