How to Use “AI Answers” in the Support Center
Our Support Center includes an AI tool that helps you quickly find answers within our documentation. Here is a guide on how to utilize it.

Steps
- Open the Support Center
- Click “Get Instant Help” on the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select “AI Answers”
- Type Your Question


Example questions could look like:
• “How do I reset my password?”
• “How do I add a user?”
• “Where can I find my invoice?”
The AI searches our Support Center guides and provides step-by-step instructions based on the information available in our documentation.
