How to Use AI Answers in the Support Center

Our Support Center includes an AI tool that helps you quickly find answers within our documentation. This guide explains how to use AI Answers.

Steps

  1. Open the Support Center
  2. Click Get Instant Help in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select AI Answers
  4. Type your question

Example Questions

Example questions include:

• “How do I reset my password?”

• “How do I add a user?”

• “Where can I find my invoice?”

AI Answers searches our Support Center guides and provides step-by-step instructions based on the information available in our documentation.
