  • Technical issues

How to Get Help Faster

Including a bit of detail in your message helps us resolve things more quickly. When possible, please include:

  • A brief description of what you’re trying to do
  • What’s happening instead (error message, unexpected behavior, etc.)
  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue, if applicable
  • Who the Owner is for your organization (if you are not the Owner)

Vague messages or multiple messages in a row may slow down resolution. The more detail you can provide in one message, the faster we can help.
