Viewing Your Clients

The clients list is your home base in Notehouse.

As your client list grows, these tools help you stay efficient, whether you’re looking for one specific client or reviewing groups by status, assignment, or tags.

Table of Contents

Accessing the Clients List

The clients list appears automatically after you log in. You can return to it at any time by clicking the Notehouse logo or selecting Home from the user menu. The list displays all clients you have permission to access.

Searching for Clients

Use the search bar above the list to quickly find a client by name. You can search by first or last name, and results update as you type. Clear the search field to return to the full list.

Filtering Clients

Filters help narrow the list when you’re working with many clients.

You can filter by status to show active clients, inactive (closed) clients, or both. You can also filter by assigned user to view clients managed by a specific team member, which is helpful for reviewing workload or responsibilities.

Using tags lets you filter clients by categories your organization has defined. You can combine tag filters with status or assignment filters for more precise results.

Sorting the List

Click any column header to sort the list. You can sort clients alphabetically by first or last name, group them by status, or organize them by date. Clicking the same header again reverses the sort order.

Pagination

If you have a large number of clients, pagination controls appear at the bottom of the list. Use them to move between pages, adjust how many clients display at once, or jump directly to the beginning or end of the list.
