How to Upload Attachments
Attachments let you store documents, images, and other files directly alongside your client notes. This keeps everything related to a client in one place and makes it easy for your team to find what they need without digging through email or shared drives.
This guide explains how to upload attachments, what file types are supported, and a few tips for keeping files organized.

- Add context in the note explaining what the file is
- Attach files to the most relevant note
- Be mindful of large file sizes, which may take longer to upload
