Overview

The onboarding wizard appears automatically after your first log in when you’ve created a new account. It walks you through three simple steps to set up your organization.

Step 1: Organization Name

Enter your organization’s name. This name appears throughout the application and helps identify your workspace.

We recommend using your business or organization name. You can update this at any time from Organization Settings if needed.

Account setup step one showing fields for organization name, a source selection dropdown, required agreement checkboxes, and a Continue button.

Step 2: Invite Team Members

You can invite colleagues during onboarding, or skip this step and do it later.

To invite someone, enter their email address and name, then assign a role. Roles determine what each team member can view or edit, and can be changed at any time.

You can invite team members now or add them later from Account Settings.

Invite Your Team onboarding step two showing fields to enter a team member’s email, name, role selection, and options to send an invitation or skip for now.

Step 3: Complete Setup

Once setup is complete, you’ll enter the application and be taken to your clients list. From there, you can begin adding clients and using Notehouse’s features.

Account setup complete screen showing confirmation that the plan and/or free trial has started and a button to go to the dashboard.

Skipping Steps

  • An organization name is required to continue
  • Inviting team members is optional and can be done later
  • Invitations and roles can be managed later from Account Settings.
