- Notes & Attachments - Add notes and upload files to client profiles
- Important Dates - Set and monitor deadlines and key dates
- Team Collaboration - Invite team members and assign clients
- Tags - Categorize clients with custom tags
- Import/Export - Bulk import clients or export data as needed
- Security - Two-factor authentication and role-based permissions
Your First Steps
How you get started depends on how you’re accessing Notehouse:
If you created an account
- Verify your email address
- Log in and name your organization
- Invite team members (optional)
- Start adding clients
If you were invited to join
- Accept the invitation from your email
- Set your password and log in
- Access your team’s workspace and assigned clients
