How to Log In
Accessing your Notehouse account is simple and secure.
Whether it’s your first time logging in or you’re returning to continue your work, the steps below will help you get access quickly.

Standard Log In
To log in to Notehouse:
- Go to app.notehouse.com
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Log In
After logging in, you’ll be taken to the clients list.
Log In With 2-Factor Authentication
If 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for your account or organization, you’ll be prompted to verify your login after entering your email and password.
Using an Authenticator App
Open your authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Authy, and enter the 6-digit code shown. Then click Verify.
Using SMS Verification
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone by text message, then click Verify.
Staying Logged In
Your session stays active while you’re using the application. If you’re inactive for a period of time, you may be asked to log in again. Closing your browser may end your session. Select Log Out to sign out manually.
Log In Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble logging in, consider the following:
- Incorrect password: Make sure you entered the correct password. If you cannot remember it, click Forgot Password? to reset it.
- Account temporarily locked: Too many failed attempts may temporarily lock access. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
- Email not recognized: Confirm you’re using the correct email address. If you were invited to join an organization, make sure you completed the invitation setup process before trying to log in.
