Reset Your Password (Forgot Password)
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it anytime using the “Forgot Password?” link by following the instructions below.

How to Reset Password
- Go to app.notehouse.com
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your Notehouse account
Note: For security reasons, you’ll see a confirmation message whether or not the email exists in our system.

Check your inbox for the reset link. You must use the reset link provided in the email sent to you.

Click the link and follow the instructions given to create your new password.

Once your password is updated, you’ll be redirected to the login page. Log in with your email and new password. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you’ll be prompted to complete that step as well.
Didn't receive the email?
Try the following:
- Double-check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email.
- Search your inbox for “Notehouse”.
- Clear your cache, and try to use the "Forgot Password?" link again.
Note: The reset email is only sent to the address connected to your Notehouse account. If you use a different email, you won’t receive the link.
Your account must be verified before you can reset your password. If you have not properly verified your account, attempting to reset your password may result in your account being locked out.
