How to Join an Organization

When a colleague invites you to their Notehouse organization, getting started is quick and simple.

Once you’ve completed setup, you can log in and begin working with your assigned clients right away. Your administrator will have already set your role and permissions.

Receiving an Invitation

When you’re invited to Notehouse, you’ll receive an email with:

  • The organization you’re joining
  • A link to complete your account setup
  • Temporary login details

Click the invitation link in the email to begin.

Setting Your Password

  1. Open the invitation link
  2. Enter the temporary password from the email
  3. Create a new password (at least 8 characters, with upper- and lowercase letters and a number)
  4. Confirm your password and accept the Terms of Service

Once submitted, your account setup is complete.

Logging In

After setting your password, you will be redirected to the login page. Please login using your email address and new password.

Your First Login

On your first login, you can start adding clients if there haven't been any assigned to you yet, and work within Notehouse right away.

Your access is based on the role assigned by your administrator. If you have questions about permissions, check with them directly.
