I Can't Find My Invitation!
Can’t find your Notehouse invitation email? It happens! Emails get filtered, addresses get mistyped, and corporate filters can mark these emails as spam.

Check Email Folders
Invitation emails may be filtered into unexpected places. Check your:
- Spam or Junk folder
- Promotions tab (Gmail)
- Other or filtered inbox categories
- Quarantine folder (for corporate email systems)
You can also try searching your inbox for “Notehouse” or “invitation.”
If you find the email in spam, mark it as not spam and consider adding our sender address to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
Verify Email Address
Confirm that the invitation was sent to the correct email address. It’s worth double-checking:
- Spelling or formatting (for example,
firstnamevsfirst.name) - The correct domain (such as
.comvs another domain) - Whether the invitation was sent to an old or unused email
If you’re using a corporate email address, your organization’s email system may be blocking external invitations. In some cases, you may need to check with IT or use a different email address.
Request Resend
If the email address is correct, please ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation.
They can do this by:
- Going to Account Settings
- Opening the Users tab
- Finding your pending invitation
- Clicking Resend
After resending, check your inbox and spam folder. Invitations usually arrive within a few minutes.
Other Issues
- Invitation expired or cancelled: Ask whether a new invitation needs to be sent.
- Multiple invitations: Only the most recent invitation link will work.
- Delivery delays: Some email systems may delay messages. Please wait a short time and check again.
