How to Add/Remove Tags

Tags help you organize and categorize clients in ways that make sense for your team.

What Are Tags?

Tags are shared labels used to organize and filter clients across your organization. Tags are created at the organization level, visible to all team members, and multiple tags can be applied to a single client.

Example uses:

  • Client type (Individual, Business)
  • Practice area (Litigation, Corporate)
  • Priority level (High, Medium, Low)
  • Status indicators (VIP, Referred)

Assigning Tags

  1. Open the client's detail page
  2. Locate the tags section and click on the pencil icon next to where it says Tags
  3. Select from the available tags provided by your organization
  4. Save your selection

Removing Tags

  1. Open the client's detail page
  2. Locate the tags section and click on the pencil icon next to where it says Tags
  3. Deselect tags to remove
  4. Save changes
