How to Add or Remove Tags

Tags help you organize and categorize clients in ways that make sense for your team.

What Are Tags?

Tags are shared labels used to organize and filter clients across your organization. Tags are created at the organization level and are visible to all team members. Multiple tags can be applied to a single client.

Example uses:

  • Client type: Individual, Business
  • Practice area: Litigation, Corporate
  • Priority level: High, Medium, Low
  • Status indicators: VIP, Referred

Assigning Tags

  1. Open the client's record
  2. Locate the Tags section and click the pencil icon next to it
  3. Select from the available tags provided by your organization
  4. Click Save

Removing Tags

  1. Open the client's record
  2. Locate the Tags section and click the pencil icon next to it
  3. Deselect tags to remove
  4. Click Save
