How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time using the Forgot Password? link.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to app.notehouse.com
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Notehouse account

Note: For security reasons, you’ll see a confirmation message whether the email address exists in our system or not.

Check your inbox for the reset email. You must use the link provided in that email.

Click the link and follow the instructions given to create your new password.

Once your password is updated, you’ll be redirected to the Log In page. Log in with your email and new password. If 2-Factor Authentication is enabled, you’ll be prompted to complete that step as well.


Didn't Receive the email?

Try the following:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email.
  • Search your inbox for Notehouse
  • Clear your cache and use the Forgot Password? link again.

Note: The reset email is only sent to the address connected to your Notehouse account. If you use a different email, you won’t receive the link.

Your account must be verified before you can reset your password. If you have not completed account setup or verification, attempting to reset your password may prevent you from accessing your account.
