Understanding Enterprise Plans

Notehouse offers Enterprise plans for organizations with more complex operational, security, or administrative requirements.

Enterprise is designed for large organizations (typically 50+ users) that require expanded functionality, structured onboarding, or custom integrations beyond what our standard plans offer.

When is Enterprise a good fit?

An Enterprise plan may be appropriate if your organization requires:

  • A high number of users (50+ users or more)
  • Advanced administrative oversight or structured account management
  • Formal procurement requirements or custom contract terms
  • Custom integrations & advanced reporting and analytics
  • Security or compliance documentation beyond standard materials
  • Dedicated onboarding support

For most small and mid-sized teams, our standard plans provide everything needed for secure, collaborative documentation.

Organizations with fewer than 50 users are supported through our standard subscription plans, which are designed to meet the needs of growing teams.

How pricing works

Enterprise pricing is based on scope, number of users, and organizational requirements. It reflects additional service, support, and operational needs rather than discounted access to core features.

If you’re unsure which plan is right for your organization, we’re happy to review your workflow and help determine the best fit.
