How to Save Searches

Searches in Notehouse are saved automatically as long as the correct steps are followed. There’s no separate “save” button required, but the key is making sure you’re using the search tools correctly.

How to save searches

  1. Type what you’d like to search for in the search bar.

    Optionally, filter your results by:

    • Client list (All Clients or My Clients)
    • Tags
  2. Once the search results load, click into the profile you’d like to open.
  3. When you’re finished working in that profile, be sure to use the designated <— Back button to return to your results, and keep your searches saved.

Important:

Clicking the Notehouse logo in the top-left corner will always do a hard refresh on the page and clear your saved search. To preserve your search, always use the Back button instead.
