Managing Invitations

Sometimes invitations need follow-up. Emails may go to spam, roles may need to change, or plans may change.

Reviewing pending invitations periodically helps keep your organization organized and ensures only the right people can join.

Viewing Pending Invitations

To see outstanding invitations:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open the Users tab

Each invitation shows the invitee’s name and email address, assigned role, who sent the invitation, and when it was sent.

Resending an Invitation

If someone didn’t receive their invitation or lost the email, you can resend it.

  1. Find the pending invitation
  2. Click Resend

A new invitation email is sent immediately.

Resending is useful if the original email went to spam, the link was lost, the user needs a reminder, or the temporary password expired.

Cancelling an Invitation

If an invitation is no longer needed, you can cancel it before it’s accepted.

From the Users tab:

  1. Locate the invitation
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Once cancelled, the invitation link is no longer valid. You can always send a new invitation later if plans change.

Invitation Status

Invitations have two states:

  • Pending: Sent but not yet accepted
  • Accepted: The user has joined and appears in the active users list

Pending invitations remain visible until they’re accepted or cancelled.

Note: You will be billed for an additional user even if the invitation status remains pending.

You are not notified when an invitation is accepted, but the user will appear in your Users tab once they join.
