Managing Invitations

Sometimes invitations need follow-up. Emails go to spam, roles need to change, or plans changed.

Reviewing pending invitations periodically helps keep your organization organized and ensures only the right people can join.

Table of Contents

Viewing Pending Invitations

To see outstanding invitations:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open the Users tab
  3. Scroll to the Invitations section

Each invitation shows the invitee’s email and name, assigned role, who sent the invite, and when it was sent.

Resending an Invitation

If someone didn’t receive their invitation or lost the email, you can resend it.

From the Invitations section in the Users tab:

  1. Find the pending invitation
  2. Click Resend

A new invitation email is sent immediately.

Resending is useful if the original email went to spam, the link was lost, or the user needs a reminder.

Cancelling an Invitation

If an invitation is no longer needed, you can cancel it before it’s accepted.

From the Invitations section:

  1. Locate the invitation
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Once cancelled, the invitation link is no longer valid. You can always send a new invitation later if plans change.

Invitation Status

Invitations have two states:

  • Pending: Sent but not yet accepted
  • Accepted: The user has joined and appears in the active users list

Pending invitations remain visible until they’re accepted or cancelled. You’re not notified when an invitation is accepted, but the user will appear in your users list once they join.
