How to Edit Your Profile
Your profile contains the personal information that appears throughout Notehouse, such as your name on notes and activity history.
You can update some profile details yourself, while other information—like your email address or role—is managed by the Administrators or Account Owner for your organization.

Accessing Your Profile
- Click your name in the top-right corner
- Select Account
- The Profile tab opens by default
What Can You Change?
You can edit your name, which appears across the application, including on notes, activities, and team lists. Changes are saved automatically or when you click save, depending on the field. If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, you’ll be prompted to save or discard them.
What you can’t change
Some profile information is read-only and cannot be changed, depending on your permission levels:
- Email address (used for login and authentication)
- Role (assigned by an administrator)
- Organization (set by your Account Owner)
