How to Change Your Plan

As your organization grows or your needs change, you may want to upgrade to a higher tier or downgrade to a more basic plan.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Navigate to Plan & Billing
  3. Click on Manage Billing
  4. In the Stripe Portal that opens up, select Update Subscription

Upgrading/Downgrading Your Plan

Upgrades take effect immediately, with billing adjusted for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle, and your next invoice reflects the lower-tier plan.

Billing Notes

Billing adjustments are handled automatically through the billing portal.

If you’re on an annual plan or switching between billing cycles, review the details shown before confirming your change.
