How to Cancel Your Subscription
If Notehouse is no longer the right fit, you can cancel your subscription directly from your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access until then.
Before cancelling, make sure you’ve exported any client data or attachments you want to keep, saved invoices for your records, and communicated with your team, as access will end for everyone once the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation Process
- Go to Account Settings
- Navigate to Billing
- Click Manage Billing
- In the Stripe portal that opens up, click Cancel subscription
- Review the cancellation details
- Confirm cancellation
Note: Only the Account Owner can cancel a subscription.
Cancellation must be completed directly from your account. Please contact support only if you’re unable to log in/having issues, and/or you cannot access your billing settings.
What Happens After
Once canceled, your subscription is marked for cancellation and access continues through the end of the billing period. No further charges occur after that period.
When the billing period ends, access to Notehouse stops, the account becomes inactive, and team members can no longer log in. Data is handled according to our Terms of Service, so be sure to export anything you need before access ends.
