How to Cancel Your Subscription

If Notehouse is no longer the right fit, you can cancel your subscription directly from your account.

Cancelation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access until then.

Before canceling, make sure you’ve exported any client data or attachments you want to keep, saved invoices for your records, and communicated with your team. Access will end for everyone once the subscription is canceled.

Cancelation Process

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open the Billing tab
  3. Click Manage Billing
  4. In the Stripe customer portal, click Cancel subscription
  5. Review the cancelation details
  6. Confirm cancelation

Note: Only the Owner can cancel a subscription.

Cancellation must be completed directly from your account. Contact support only if you cannot log in, are experiencing technical issues, or do not have access to your billing settings.

What Happens After

Once canceled, your subscription is marked for cancelation and access continues through the end of the billing period. You will not be charged again after that period.

When the billing period ends, access to Notehouse stops, the account becomes inactive, and team members can no longer log in. Data is handled according to our Terms of Service, so be sure to export anything you need before access ends.
