Who Needs a BAA?
A BAA is only required if your organization is a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA and will store or handle protected health information (PHI) in Notehouse.
If your organization is not a covered entity or business associate, or if it does not store PHI in Notehouse, a BAA is not needed.
