Can Notehouse Access My Notes?

Notehouse staff do not read, monitor, or review your notes as part of our daily operations. We do not access client information unless required to address a support request or a legitimate safety or compliance concern.

Only members of your organization with the appropriate permissions can view client notes, based on their assigned roles.

Support Access and Impersonation

Notehouse includes a secure impersonation tool that allows authorized support staff to temporarily view the platform as a user for troubleshooting purposes. This tool is used only for technical troubleshooting and assistance when an issue cannot be resolved through other means. Impersonation is only used when support requires access to diagnose or resolve a specific user issue.

Please note:

  • Sensitive note content is masked or unavailable during the impersonation session.
  • Impersonation sessions are time-limited and automatically expire after a short period.
  • Impersonation is never used to review notes, client work, or organizational data unrelated to the active support request.
  • Impersonation is used only when a user has requested assistance or when access is clearly required to address a technical problem affecting their ability to use the platform.
